Coordinated Service

How Shared Rides Work

When two or more authorized riders share compatible routes or schedules, trips are coordinated in the same vehicle. Individual transportation is arranged whenever shared routes are unavailable or when accessibility, health, or scheduling needs require dedicated accommodation.

Free Public Service

You do not need to be enrolled in our counseling or companion care programs to request a ride. Transportation is fully standalone.

First-time riders become transportation-only clients during initial intake for scheduling accuracy, safety, and consent recordkeeping.

All rides are provided at no cost to eligible community seniors, adults with disabilities, and family members needing mobility assistance.
